The Secretary of Model Town Society, Lahore gives public notice that an application for mutation/transfer of a 13-kanal property in Model Town, Lahore has been received following the death of the late Khalifa Miraj-ud-Din. Rights are claimed in favour of Mr. Haq Nawaz and an application has been submitted by Mr. Kamran and others.
Any person having an objection must submit it in writing before the scheduled hearing on 2024-11-20. After the lapse of the prescribed period following this publication, no objection will be entertained and the society will proceed to complete the mutation.
