Darya Khan Sugar Mills Limited (formerly FECTO Sugar Mills Limited) notifies all registered members/shareholders that, pursuant to a directive of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), they must submit a copy of their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Body corporates must provide registration numbers.
Individual shareholders who have not yet provided attested copies of their valid CNICs are requested to submit the documents along with the following particulars within 15 days of the publication of this notice:
