PAF-IAST Mang, Haripur Tender for Construction of Classrooms and Wooden Partitions

Pak‑Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF‑IAST), Mang, Haripur invites sealed bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with PEC and KPRA in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (single stage single envelope procedure) for the works listed below.

Tender documents, including instructions and contract conditions, are available on the University website and the KPPRA e‑procurement/EPADS portal. A non‑refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be deposited in the name of the Rector, PAF‑IAST, and submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer before opening of the bids.

Key conditions: bidders must provide bid security of 2% of the Engineer Estimate. Bids quoted up to 10% below the Engineer Estimate require only the 2% security; bids more than 10% below the Engineer Estimate must submit additional security (an additional percentage as specified) in addition to the 2% or the bid will be declared non‑responsive and initial bid security may be forfeited. Tender documents include full evaluation, terms, and conditions. In case two or more bidders offer the same rate, the successful bidder will be determined by draw.
