Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) EOI for Leasing Service Areas at Adda Plot & Niazi Interchange

Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) invites Expressions of Interest and sealed bids to lease/rent specified service-area locations along the Ring Road/Haloing Road for a period of twenty (20) years. Bidders must be reputable firms/companies or sole proprietors with relevant registrations and clear tax status.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Eligible applicants: firms, companies or sole proprietors with valid legal registration (SECP or Registrar of Firms).

- Applicants must not be blacklisted by PRRA or PRRA-related bodies and must hold valid tax certificates from relevant tax authorities (FBR / PRRA etc.).

- Procurement method: Open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules; Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Technical and financial bids must be prepared as per bidding documents and submitted by the stated deadline.

- Bid documents: Available from the Office of Director Contracts, PR& D, PRRA on payment of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) by pay order/bank draft in favor of Punjab Ring Road Authority. Bidders are responsible for their own expenses.

- Earnest money must be submitted in the form of CDR in favour of Punjab Ring Road Authority at the time of bid submission.

- Bid submission/opening will take place at PRRA Complex, Bulleh Shah Interchange (Southern Loop Toll Plaza) Gajju Matta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
