Pak‑Austria; Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF‑IAST), Mang, Haripur invites sealed bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with PEC and KPPRA under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 on a single stage single envelope procedure for the following works.

Key instructions:
- Tender documents, including scope, terms and conditions, and bid forms, are available electronically at the PAF‑IAST website (http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk) and via the EPADS/KPPRA portal.
- A non‑refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (bank draft/pay order in favor of the Rector, PAF‑IAST) must be submitted to the Procurement Office.
- Bidders quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's estimate shall submit bid security of 2% of the Engineer's estimate. Bidders quoting more than 10% and up to 20% below must also provide 8% additional security (in addition to 2%). Bids more than 20% below must include detailed rate analysis and additional bid security equal to the differential amount.
- Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before the stated deadlines; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
