Municipal Corporation Gujranwala Tender Notice for Framework Contracts 2026-27

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala. Purpose: Invitation of e-bids from Contractors/Firms/Manufacturers/Authorized dealers for procurement of framework contracts for 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System and with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.

Key dates and submission:

E-bids submission deadline: 2026-10-15 at 11:00 AM. E-bids opening: 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). No physical bid-security instrument will be acceptable. Bidders must upload complete and authenticated e-bids (PDF).

Important conditions: Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price. Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 will be followed. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Security/Guarantee within 15 days of receipt of letter of intent. Bid validity: 120 days.
