DHA City Karachi Tender: Energization of Sector 2-D and West Avenue — bids close 2026-07-29

DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the energization of Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1 feedback supply. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05) and hold active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB. Tender documents are available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM-50 Motorway M-9 from 2026-07-06 upon submission of a written request, valid PEC certificate and payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 (pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi).

Submission and key dates: sealed bids must be delivered by 2026-07-29 at 14:30; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-16 at 14:30 in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Insurance Bond in favour of DHA City Karachi) must be submitted with the financial bid.
