Open Auction: Lease of Shop in FG Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar — 14 Oct 2026

Issuer: Estate Office Management, Peshawar (Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing & Works). Purpose: Open auction for leasing a shop under the Shop Rental Policy 2017 for an initial period of three years on monthly rent basis.

How to participate: Submit token money Rs. 25,000/- by pay order or demand draft in favor of "Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Peshawar" payable at Peshawar. Estate Office employees and contractors are not eligible to participate. Bidding documents (containing full auction terms and conditions) are available from the Assistant Director Estate Office Management, Peshawar during office hours (09:00–16:30) on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable).

Submission and payment conditions: Bidding documents and bids must be delivered to the Assistant Director Estate Office Management at or before 11:00 AM on 14-10-2026; late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must pay one year’s advance rent within 10 days and deposit three months’ settled rent as security after approval of the auctioned shop, and will be bound by the terms of the lease agreement. The Estate Office will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. The Estate Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
