Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through the ePADS system for a number of sanitation scheme construction works across Khyber district. Procurement will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, single-stage two-envelope procedure; eligibility, evaluation and qualifying criteria are described in the Bid Solicitation Documents available on ePADS.
