Eligibility & Requirements:
- Three assignments of similar nature and complexity;
- Turnover of at least 4,000,000 PKR in the previous three years;
- Presence on the Active Tax Payer List and valid Sales Tax Certificate;
- Bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan;
- Joint ventures are not permissible;
- Bidders must upload verified work orders and subsequent documents in response to eligibility criteria.
All procurements require bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bids must include the required bid security as specified.
