District and Sessions Judge Abid Sarwar, Abbottabad issues a public notice in the case titled "Adnan Nar vs. Awam al-Naas" (Case No. 22001) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa guardianship law of 2017. The respondent could not be located by ordinary means and is therefore summoned by advertisement.
