The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites e-bids for non-consultancy services for the "Excavation and Carriage/Transportation of Rock Salt Contract for Sohal Mine No.02 at PMDC Salt Mines Khewra". Funds for the procurement are reserved for FY 2026-27.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified under Rule 48.
