Tender: Exploration of New Drilling Points in Limestone Aquifer, Quetta — PHE Division

Executive Engineer, PHE Division Quetta invites electronic bids for the exploration and drilling works listed below under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System and comply with the eligibility and qualification requirements stated.

Eligibility & conditions: Presence on the Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency; evidence of financial capacity and past similar assignments; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council at the required category and specialized code; affidavits regarding conflicts of interest, litigation, debarment or non-performance as required. Procurement will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure.
