Military Engineering Services, Office of GE (Army) Quetta-II, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for various repair, maintenance, renovation and allied works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai and Chaman.

Eligibility and submission details:
- Contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'E' (and above) may apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments (central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA, etc.) may also tender provided they furnish enlistment documents with their application for issue of tenders.
- Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 5% of the estimated cost as earnest money in any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of GE (A) Quetta-II, Quetta Cantt; bank/treasury receipt must be submitted with the application.
- If a non-enlisted contractor’s tender is accepted, he shall be required to deposit Rs. 150,000/- as security in the form demanded by the accepting officer.
- Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes (one containing the priced tender and the other the priced BQs duly sealed).
- Tenders must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2021.
Issuance and closing:
- Tenders will be issued to contractors up to 15 Oct 2026 during office hours.
- Tenders must reach the office before 16 Oct 2026 at 11:00 Hrs; they will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
Accepting authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with relevant rules. Documents and contract conditions can be examined or obtained from the office of the undersigned.
