MES (PAF) Samungli Tender: Provision of Certain Facilities for PAF (Est. Rs. 9.900M / 3.250M)

Military Engineer Services — Office of CMES (PAF) Samungli invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works described as "Provision of Certain Facilities of PAF" with estimated costs shown below. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the stated experience and credential requirements.

Key conditions:

• Submission deadline: tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 Hrs on 14 Oct 2026; tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs the same day.
• Applicants must submit an application to obtain tender documents along with complete credentials; documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience.
• Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any Government department and that no Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) special report is outstanding against them.
• All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C and D with relevant experience should apply.
• Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be handled per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
