Tender Notice: Supply of Medicines & Surgical Disposables — Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot

Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot invites sealed bids for the year 2026-27 (renewable/extendable up to 30-09-2027) for registration under LPDD and for petty/limited purchases (LPQ) for supply of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items.

Eligibility: For LPDD registration, pharmacies must hold a valid Drug Sale License (DSL) issued on Form 9 and be located within approximately a 10 km radius of the hospital. For LPQ (petty purchase/limited purchase), manufacturers, sole agents, importers or foreign principals/distributors holding a Drug Sale License (DSL) on Form 11 are eligible.

Submission & Documents: Bidding documents may be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and via the e-PPMS/PITB portal. Sealed bids must be delivered in person by an authorized representative and placed in the tender box at the office of the Medical Superintendent by 11:00 AM on the stated closing date. Technical bids must include bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Medical Superintendent. All pages of bidding documents must be signed and stamped; bids should be submitted properly bound (tape or ring binding). Bids will be opened at the specified opening time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA-2014, as amended). If the stated date is a public or government holiday, procedures will follow PPRA rules regarding date adjustments.
