Tender: Supply of Medicines & Surgical Disposables — Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot

Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot invites sealed bids for 2026-27 (extendable to 30-09-2027) for walk-in registration (LPDD) and petty/limited purchase through quotation (LPQ) for supply of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items.

Eligibility: For LPDD, pharmacies with a valid Drug Sale License (DSL) issued on Form 9 and located within a 10 km radius of the hospital. For LPQ, manufacturers, sole agents, importers, foreign principals or distributors holding a DSL on Form 11 may participate.

Submission & bidding instructions: Sealed bids must be delivered in person by an authorized representative and deposited in the tender box at 11:00 AM on the stated closing date; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must be submitted in tape or ring binding with proper page numbering, signatures and stamps on each page. Bid security of Rs.50,000 in the shape of CDR must be submitted with the technical bid. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA-2014, amended).
