Municipal Corporation Gujranwala Tender Notice — e-Bids for Eight Public Works (Closing 2026-10-10)

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala. Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids from contractors/firms registered on the e-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA (INTN & PTN), PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the listed public works schemes for the year 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). A bid security of 5% of the estimated price is required for each scheme and must be submitted electronically; physical bid-security instruments will not be accepted.

e-Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-10 at 11:00 AM. e-Bid opening: 2026-10-10 at 11:30 AM. Contractors or their representatives may attend the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala at the time of tender opening. Bidders must upload complete and authenticated e-bids (PDFs) to the e-Procurement System; single-stage single-envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 will be followed. Performance Security (Guarantee) of 10% of the contract amount must be furnished within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala.
