Eligibility & experience: Firms must demonstrate experience in fabrication, part-assembly, welding, grinding & fairing of high-tensile steel structures, surface preparation, de-rusting and coating application on ships, marine structures, dry-dock structures and other steel structures, preferably involving epoxy and other high-performance marine coating systems.
Tender documents: Available from the concerned department on any working day (Monday–Friday) between 08:30 and 16:00 from the date of advertisement (24 Sep 2026) on deposit of PKR 2,000 (non-refundable). Tender documents include specifications, terms and conditions.
Submission: Applications must be received in sealed envelope within 25 days from the date of publication — deadline: 2026-10-18 — clearly marked "APPLICATION FOR QUOTATION FOR DESIRED WORK". Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Tender validity: 90 days.
Procurement policy: KS&EW reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with para-33 of PPRA Rules 2024.
