Government of the Punjab — Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Project Implementation Unit (Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project, ADB-funded) invites applications for a contract position.

Ph.D. preferred. | At least 12 years' professional experience in implementation of international development programs including policy design, strategy, training and coaching, process management and operations. Experience in formal and non-formal education settings (preferably public sector), foreign‑funded projects, strong written/oral communication and diplomatic skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. | Up to 55 years |
Terms and application details:
- Appointment will be made purely on a contract basis.
- ADB policies regarding Anti‑corruption and Ethics shall be applicable.
- Interested candidates should apply online through the Punjab jobs portal: www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
