PERA Pre-Qualification Notice for Procurement of Event Services (1-Year, PKR 120M)

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites pre-qualification applications from reputable event services firms to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors for the procurement of event services for PERA under a one‑year contract. Successful pre-qualified firms will be eligible to participate in the subsequent bidding process and to enter into contract agreement(s) with PERA.

Important instructions:

• Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement system (eP) and meet the pre-qualification criteria defined in the pre-qualification documents.
• Applications shall be submitted only through the Punjab e‑Procurement system; submissions by any other mode will be rejected.
• Pre-qualification applications will be opened in the presence of applicants' representatives who may attend at the stated date and time.
• Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the procurement proceedings; invitations to bid will be sent to pre-qualified applicants and contract(s) will be signed with successful bidder(s).
• The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and subsequent amendments. PERA reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage and is not responsible for any costs incurred by applicants.
