District Council Multan invites online e-bids for supply and maintenance works under Annual Framework (Non-Development) for the financial year 2026-27. Firms / Sole Proprietors / Companies registered with Tax Authorities and registered on Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA system may participate as per the rules listed below. Key instructions:
- All firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA/e-Procurement platform to participate. Bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Submission procedure: Single Stage One Envelope as per e-Procurement rules; bidders shall submit bids electronically through the e-Procurement System.
- Bid security as shown in the table (5% of estimated cost) must be furnished. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank up to 10% as per PPRA rules within 15 days after opening of the tender.
- E-Bids submission date & time: 2026-10-10 at 12:00 PM. E-Bids opening date & time: 2026-10-10 at 12:30 PM.
- Tender documents, schedule, and online submission are available via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Further terms, conditions and the schedule of rates shall apply as per the notice and PPRA rules.
