E-Tender — Repair Water Supply Turbine, Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan (Gujranwala)

Office of the Municipal Committee, Nowshera Virkan (Distt. Gujranwala) invites e-tenders under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process for works funded in the 2026-27 budget year. Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement system and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27 are eligible to bid.

Tender submission and opening:

- Upload bidding documents on Punjab e-Procurement system dashboard by 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM.
- Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 2:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
- Original CDR (earnest money) must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 01:00 PM on the same day.

Financial and eligibility conditions:

- Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan.
- Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection method: least cost.
- Bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the tender estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance of the bid; failure may result in forfeiture.
- Submission of forged documents/CDR will lead to legal action under applicable laws.
