Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the position of Company Secretary to support corporate governance, statutory compliance and board affairs.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SECP Corporate Governance requirements and applicable laws (including relevant Power Division rules and the Companies Act), managing board and AGM processes, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory registers, advising the Board on governance and regulatory compliance, coordinating corporate communications with regulators, supporting board composition and induction programs, and drafting/updating governance policies.
Remuneration: Market-based, competitive package commensurate with skills and experience. No TA/DA admissible.
