Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Custom House, Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible, reputable firms/suppliers for entry into a Closed Framework Agreement (FY 2026-27) for supply of stationery, computer stationery, general/miscellaneous goods and uniform items for one year (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027).

Procurement method: Closed Framework Agreement (Rule 16A) through Open Competitive Bidding — Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(a)).
Framework validity: 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027 (one year, not exceeding one year, per Rule 16A(4)).
Procurement basis: Lot-wise evaluation and award. Bidders may bid for one, several, or all lots; each lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. Partial/split award within a single lot will not be permitted.
Bid submission: Electronically through EPADS 2.0 only; manual/physical bids shall not be entertained.
Bid submission deadline (last date): 12:00 PM on 2026-10-12.
Bid opening: 12:30 PM on 2026-10-12 electronically through EPADS 2.0 at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad.
Delivery period: Within 15 days of issuance of each Call-Off / Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
Eligibility & instructions:
Only firms/suppliers holding valid NTN and STRN/GST registration (as applicable) may submit bids. Detailed bidding documents, lot-wise specifications, schedule of requirements, qualification criteria, lot-wise bid security amounts and terms & conditions are available free of cost from EPADS 2.0 and the PPRA website. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire term of the Closed Framework Agreement. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
