Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta) invites electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelope e‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). This is a 2nd time Notice Inviting Tenders for construction work under the Malakand Division tourism access roads sub‑project.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Bidding will follow KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 10.05.2022) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets regulations cited in the notice.
- Instructions to bidders, bid documents and submission shall be obtained from the office or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) before the submission date/time. Submission is through EPADS.
- Bidders shall submit bid security, bid security instruments and other required documents in accordance with the tender conditions. Original bid security and other required originals must be submitted prior to opening of technical proposals as specified.
- Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened on the date/time communicated through EPADS after completion of technical evaluation.
