Gilgit-Baltistan Waste Management Company (GBWMC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) from experienced, registered Pakistani companies/firms for provision of round-the-clock (365 days / 24 hours incl. Sundays & holidays) janitorial and cleaning services for designated government hospitals through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
Key requirements include company/firm valid registration/incorporation and authority to undertake janitorial/housekeeping services in Pakistan/GB; at least two (02) years proven experience in janitorial/housekeeping/sanitation services; demonstration of experience in managing and supervising a workforce (minimum about 500 sanitary workers/sweepers/housekeeping personnel across one or more contracts); and documentary evidence such as work orders, completion/performance certificates, client references, or other verifiable records.

Bid submission details: complete bid documents (Technical & Financial) for each package must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered mail/courier to the GBWMC Head Office, Near General Bus Stand, Jutial, Gilgit, GB. Documents will be received up to 2026-10-20 at or before 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Technical bids will be opened the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
Procurement specifics: Bid security in the form of a Schedule Bank instrument equal to 3% of the quoted bid amount must accompany the Financial Bid. Bid documents are obtainable from GBWMC Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 6,000; payment and purchase deadline is 2026-10-19 during office hours. The procuring agency reserves the right to verify any information and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
