National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites e-bids for disposal of unserviceable/damaged station battery cells (off-sites), miscellaneous iron/plastic/wooden scrap and unserviceable tyres from 500kV Grid Station, Chakbeli Mor, Rawat on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. Tender No: 13/Disposal/(NGC)2026-27. Submission through EPADS v2.0 (e-bids) under Single Stage One Envelope procedure.

Key conditions and instructions:
- Bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules, Disposal of Public Assets Regulations and WAPDA Material Disposal Procedure.
- Original bid security (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favour of Miscellaneous Receipts Collection Account must be delivered to the office of the Sr. Manager, 500kV Grid Station, Rawat before bid closing time.
- Bidders must comply with applicable taxes, duties and levies; all taxes shall be charged as per law. Successful bidder will be issued a Release Order after settlement of dues; material removal is allowed after issuance of Release Order and must be completed within 21 working days.
- Site inspection is allowed; bidders will be responsible for quantities claimed. Sale is on AS IS WHERE IS basis.
