Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for public‑private partnership leases of Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model for mixed‑use commercial development including shopping plazas/markets, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets.
Key Terms
Purpose: Mix‑Use Commercial development (Shopping Plaza/Market, Corporate offices, Retail Outlets and Factory Outlets).
Period of Lease: 21 years (extendable after 21 years).
Annual Increase in Rent: 08% compound.
Mobilization Period: 24 months from date of possession.
Building Construction: As per local construction by‑laws.

Pre‑Bid Meeting: 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance or via Zoom).
Submission of Bids: On or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
