Issuer: Executive Engineer, Kohat Irrigation Division, Kohat (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Electronic single-stage, one-envelope bidding through the E-PAD system is invited under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 for the following work funded under CSR (2025-26) provided by MOL.
Bidding documents must be downloaded and bids uploaded on the E-PAD system. Electronic bidding will be on an above/below system against the Engineer's estimate. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the shape of deposit at call (original) along with their electronic bid before the closing time. Bidders are required to have valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Notifications, taxes and procurement rules issued by KPPRA from time to time shall apply. Funds release will follow provincial government policy.

Bid security must be deposited and original submitted before the bid closing time as specified. In case of public holiday or force majeure on the submission/opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. If evaluated bid costs are equal, award will be made to the best evaluated bidder considering past performance. Bid securities will be retained until contract award as per applicable notifications.
