Banking Court-II Hyderabad Summons: ZTBL v. Muhammad Akhtar Shoro — Suit No. 412/2026

Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL). Plaintiff has instituted Suit No. 412 of 2026 under Section 9(1) of The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 for recovery of an outstanding balance of Rs. 3,41,781/- plus markup and costs of funds.

Defendant: Mr. Muhammad Akhtar Shoro s/o Muhammad Aachar Shoro (CNIC No. 41303-6438694-4), resident of Village Khamiso Faqeer Shoro, Post Office Husri, Taluka Hyderabad, District Hyderabad.

The defendant is summoned to appear before Banking Court-II, Hyderabad (District & Sessions Court Building, 1st Floor) on 2026-10-15 at 8:30 AM and to obtain leave to defend the suit by filing a written statement (as envisaged under Section 10 of the Ordinance) within thirty (30) days from service of this notice. Failure to do so may result in the allegations being taken as admitted and a decree being passed in favour of the plaintiff.
