NGCP Tender #13/Disposal/(NGC)2026-27 — Disposal of Unserviceable Battery Cells, Scrap & Tyres (Rawat)

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) (formerly NTDC) invites electronic bids (e-bids) through EPADS v2.0 under a Single Stage – One Envelope procedure for disposal of unserviceable/damaged material located at A-Type Store, Bakramandi, Rawalpindi and Site Store, 500kV Grid Station, Chakbeli Mor, Rawat on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.

Important instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

- Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

- Bid security / earnest money equal to the specified amount must be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0 and the original (Pay Order / Bank Draft) submitted in favor of Miscellaneous Receipt Collection Account to the office of Sr. Manager, 500kV Grid Station, Rawat before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.

- Material may be physically examined up to 2026-10-19 during working hours at A-Type Store, Bakramandi, Rawalpindi and Site Store, 500kV Grid Station, Chakbeli Mor, Rawat.

- The auctioned material must be collected by the successful bidder purely on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. After issuance of Letter of Acceptance, the remaining amount must be deposited within 21 working days; failure to deposit will result in cancellation and forfeiture of CDR.

- All material must be removed from site within 21 working days after issuance of Release Order and strictly during working hours only.
