Pakistan Railways Lahore E-Bid: Special Repair of Washing Line (Civil & Electrical)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids (Single Stage Two Envelope — Technical & Financial) from valid PEC-registered contracting firms (financial category C-4 or above) with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-4 & EE-11. Bidders must have a valid NTN appearing on FBR Active Tax Payer List.

How to obtain bidding documents: Download from http://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Submission method: Upload bids through H-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. The CDR must show the name of the firm/agency.

Hard-copy requirements: The original Bid Security must be submitted in the Tender Box at the office of the Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Dogbi Road, Lahore, along with a hard copy of bidding documents and other required documents as stated in the bidding documents.

Key dates and procedures: Electronic bids must be uploaded on E-PADS before 11:00 hours on 2026-07-20. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only E-PADS bids will be entertained; no other bid mode will be accepted.
