DGDP Tender: One-Year Supply Contract for Stationery, General Store and Catering Items (01 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence Production, Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) invites sealed tenders to contract for one year for the supply of stationery, general store and catering store items for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Tender documents are available from the DGDP office during office hours until 09 July 2026 for a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000.

Bids must be delivered to the DGDP office (Pak Secretariat No.11, Adamjee Road, Rawalpindi) by 14 July 2026 at 11:00; tenders will be opened on 14 July 2026 at 11:30 in the DGDP meeting room in the presence of bidders' representatives. Late submissions or bids without required documents will not be accepted. DGDP reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
