Government of Sindh, Planning & Development Department invites applications for the position of Project Director (PPS-09) for the Donor-funded Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP), based in Karachi.

| Experience & Skills | At least 20 years' total experience in public sector organizations/departments including managing development projects; minimum 10 years' leadership experience in Project Director roles with international organizations (e.g., World Bank, UN); significant experience in disaster response, project management, monitoring & evaluation, procurement, institutional and technical capacity building; strong financial, technical and management skills; excellent written and oral communications; IT skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases); fluency in English and Urdu; documented humanitarian assistance leadership experience. |
| Employment Conditions | Reports to Chairman, P&D Board Sindh. Salary/perks as per provisions of the World Bank-funded budget. Initial contract for two years, extendable subject to need and satisfactory performance. |
| Eligibility | Must hold Domicile/PRC of Sindh Province. Age not above 50 years. |
