Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways.
REDAMCO invites sealed single-stage, two-envelope bids for public–private partnership lease of Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model. Purpose: mixed-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets. Lease period: 21 years (extendable after 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to comply with local construction by-laws.
Submission procedure: One-time (non-refundable) commitment fee and annual rental are the two bid variables. Bidding to be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed bids must be submitted to REDAMCO Head Office by the deadline. Pre-bid meeting, bid submission and technical bid opening will be held at REDAMCO Head Office.
