Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT hardware, accessories, software licenses for the Punjab Experience Center and procurement & warranty renewal for the PITB Data Center.
The procurement is divided into multiple lots covering workstations and accessories, laptops, miscellaneous hardware (UPS and allied items), immersive display and signage solutions, IT hardware bundles, and software licenses, plus a separate lot for data center equipment and warranty renewal.

Bidders must follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure as specified in the tender documents. Interested bidders should obtain bidding documents and submit proposals through the Punjab procurement/PPMS portal and via the procedures specified by PITB.
