District Council Hafizabad invites e-bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) for the construction of a 2-span culvert and seepage drain near BHU, Karyala Village under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027.
Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e‑procurement portal and possess valid registration/licenses in the relevant PEC category, valid income tax registration and active tax status. Bidders shall attach a fresh affidavit stating that the bidder/firm is not blacklisted and not in litigation as required. Performance guarantee and other procurement requirements will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA/Provincial procedures.
