PHE Division Lakki Marwat Invites Bids for PCC Streets & Drains (ADP No. 251122)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Lakki Marwat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) for construction/rehabilitation of streets and drains (Package - PCC) under ADP No. 251122.

Bids must be submitted/uploaded via EPADS. Original bid security/additional security in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) made in favour of the undersigned must be physically delivered to the Executive Engineer's office by registered post/courier before the last date and time for bid submission.

Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including Bidding/Contract Data, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), eligibility, technical & financial evaluation criteria and qualifying criteria are available for download on EPADS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website.

Financial bid opening date and time will be announced on EPADS after declaration of the technical bid evaluation result. Uploaded bid contents must be readable; unreadable uploads will be declared non-responsive. Bidders must comply with KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22/6068-71 (dated Peshawar, 10/05/2022) and KP-PPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(29) Vol:1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29/10/2025. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status.
