LTO Lahore: E-Bids for Dismantling & Replacement of Dry Batteries and UPS Servicing (Closing 2026-10-16)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue — Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore (10-Babar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore).

Purpose: Invitation to e-bids through EPADS for the project titled "Dismantling and Replacement of Dry Batteries and Servicing of UPS 22-KVA." Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Submission and opening: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 16.10.2026 up to 11:00 a.m. Bids shall be opened by the Procurement Committee on 19.10.2025 up to 12:00 p.m. on the EPADS portal.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated value, amounting to Rs. 107,000, in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore, must be submitted to the Procurement Committee on or before 10.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Other conditions: Original CDR must be submitted within the stipulated time or the bid will be declared technically non-responsive. Bidders must confirm they are not blacklisted by any government department/organization and must provide certificates confirming batteries offered are new/unused and original.
