Executive Engineer Roads, CWP&P&H Department (Quetta) invites electronic bids for the construction of a dual carriageway from Sheikh Zahid Hospital Sarakhula to Dhabay Pass, Quetta under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligibility and conditions: Eligible bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers List and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority where required. Bidders should demonstrate financial capacity and relevant experience; a minimum past turnover requirement is indicated in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Performance/security must be furnished as specified (call deposit/Bank Guarantee) in the name of the undersigned within the stipulated time.

Submission and availability: Tender documents and bidding are handled electronically via the e‑procurement system. Electronic bids must be submitted through the e‑portal by the closing time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
