Court-Ordered Auction: 120 sq. yd. Plot (Plot 334), Korangi No.2, Karachi

The Senior Civil Judge / Officer Auction, Karachi East, has ordered a court auction in Execution No. 19 of 2021 arising from Suit No. 1140 of 2018 to recover claimed dues. The property is a 120 sq. yard plot (Plot 334) located in Korangi No.2 and will be sold "as is where is" subject to all outstanding dues and charges.

The auction will be conducted at the District & Sessions Court, Karachi East. The court has fixed a minimum/market price of Rs. 10,500,000. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the purchase price immediately by pay order in favor of the Senior Civil Judge, Karachi, deposited with the auction officer; the court may reject bids deemed insufficient and may re-auction if the purchaser defaults.
