Land Acquisition Notice for N-25 Karachi–Khuzdar Road (Khuzdar District)

The Deputy Commissioner / Collector, District Khuzdar, in exercise of powers under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has issued a notice for acquisition of privately owned land for the N-25 Karachi–Khuzdar Highway (Pakistan Expressway) project. The notice lists affected localities within Khuzdar district and states that the required land will be acquired under the Act.

Affected owners and claimants are directed to submit any written objections regarding ownership, area or compensation to the Collector / Deputy Commissioner, Khuzdar, within 15 days of publication of this notice (notice dated 2026-07-02). After the prescribed period no objections will be entertained and the Collector may proceed to issue an award under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
