Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). Notice inviting e-tenders through EPADS for construction works on the Northern section of Peshawar Ring Road (Missing Link) from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road (KM 5+000 to KM 13+700) — remaining components (Phase‑II).
Tenders are invited from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for current year, enlisted with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP, registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA)/FBR (NTN), and meeting EPADS/e-procurement requirements. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 at 11:30 AM in the office of Director Projects, PDA. Technical bids will be evaluated and opened in the PDA Conference Room on the mentioned date/time in presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid submission and document upload must be completed through EPADS before the deadline. Tender documents, sample tender form, and bidding instructions are available on the EPADS portal. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. PDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per prevailing rules.
