Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division South Waziristan Lower, Sub Division Tank / D.I. Khan invites electronic bids (ePADS) from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Submission and opening:

• Last date and time for submission of tender: 2026-10-15, 11:30 AM.
• Date and time of opening: 2026-10-15, 12:00 PM.
• Electronic bidding will be conducted online through the EPADS bidding system. Tender forms and BOQ can be filled online and downloaded from the Irrigation Department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk).
• Complete bid solicitation documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on submission of a non-refundable Call Deposit (CDR) equal to 0.03% of the estimated cost.
• Original CDR and required documents must be submitted to the office of the undersigned (Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division South Waziristan Lower, Sub Division Tank/D.I. Khan) before the closing date/time; bidders submitting rates significantly below estimate must provide additional CDR or rate analysis as specified in the bidding documents.

Eligibility and conditions:

• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement requirements.
• Bids must be uploaded via the EPADS/e-procurement portal; a scanned copy of the CDR must also be uploaded at time of bid submission.
• All federal and provincial taxes and duties will be deducted as per government policy. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
