Tender: 20-Year Transfer-Operate-Build Lease for Petrol, EV Fast-Charging & Commercial Complex in Bahawalpur

Government Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Bahawalpur invites sealed tenders for a long-term lease under a Transfer-Operate-Build (TOB) model for approximately 4 kanal of commercial land on Ghauspur Road, Bahawalpur, to develop and operate a petrol/diesel filling station, EV fast-charging station, carwash, convenience/store and other approved commercial facilities.

Eligible bidders are legally registered Pakistani companies, established oil-marketing companies or experienced operators with at least 5 years' relevant experience, financially sound and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (not blacklisted).
