IBA-Public School Sukkur invites sealed bids by auction for a building and a shop for rent at a prime location on Military Road, next to KFC, Sukkur.

Bid documents may be collected from the Admin Office, IBA-Public School Sukkur (Military Road) on any working day between 09:00 and 17:00 from 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-20. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Admin Office by 2026-10-20 up to 15:00; bids will be opened the same day at 15:30 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Each bid must be accompanied by refundable bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of "IBA-Public School Sukkur." The property/shop may be inspected on any working day during working hours from 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-20. Bid validity period: 90 days. Applicable taxes, duties and fees will be charged as per rules. IBA-Public School Sukkur reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
