Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan. Purpose: Notice to shareholders calling an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

All shareholders of record are invited to participate in the EGM. Shareholders holding securities through CDC, as well as physical shareholders, may attend and vote in accordance with applicable rules. Proxies and powers of attorney are permitted where authorized; submitting valid proxy documentation and identification (CNIC/NTN as applicable) is required for proxy representation.

Relevant meeting materials, participation instructions, proxy forms and regulatory filings are available through the bank and the Central Depository Company (CDC).
