Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Renovation & Upgradation of Multipurpose Hall, PSB Coaching Centre Karachi (PEC C-6)

Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through EPADs from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for renovation and upgradation works at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi. Registration validity mentioned up to 2027-06-30. Bidding documents are available at http://eprocure.gov.pk and www.sports.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted via EPADS-2.0 with complete technical and financial proposals; manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key conditions:

- Firms must meet evaluation criteria as per bidding documents.

- Audit reports for the last three years, duly audited by Chartered Accountants, are required.

- Income tax returns for the last three years must be provided.

- Proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on ATL must be provided.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, notarized, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bid security/earnest money shall be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted to the undersigned before the closing date and time.

- One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial proposal) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted; in case of differences, the documents/information in downloaded proposals shall prevail.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
