Invitation for Sealed Bids: Auction of Exportable Himalayan Ibex Trophy Permits — Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids/Online through EPADS for the auction of exportable trophy hunting permits for Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica) in Chitral. Standard bidding documents and terms are available on the KP e-procurement/EPADS portal. A bid security (CDR) equal to 5% of the bid is required.

Key instructions: Bid solicitation documents, evaluation criteria and TORs are downloadable from the EPADS website. Bidders must register on EPADS and submit proposals online; scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents along with bid security must be uploaded to the EPADS system. Physical originals of bid security (CDR) must be delivered in the name of Chief Conservator Wildlife, KP. Submissions by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted for the online submission requirement.

A pre-bid meeting (physical & online as feasible) for prospective bidders will be held on 2026-10-03 at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife, KP. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
